Job Title: Project Head - Township Development

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of our luxury township project at Pune Racecourse. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing large-scale township developments, high-rise residential, and hospitality projects, ensuring world-class quality, timely completion, and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end execution of the township project, from concept to handover. Oversee all construction, design coordination, infrastructure development, and fit-out activities. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements. Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards across the project. Monitor project progress through regular site reviews, progress reports, and MIS updates. Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising on quality. Manage government liaisoning and statutory approvals as required. Lead and mentor the project management and site teams for efficient execution. Interface with the management on project status, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee integration of Township project which includes infrastructure , civil, WTP,STP, luxury residential, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities within the township. Understand Architectural design, manage co ordinate with PMC , local Liasoning.

Candidate Profile:

Proven ability to handle large-scale projects independently. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Should be well-versed with modern construction technologies, contracts, and project management tools

Minimum Qualification:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management preferred).

Minimum Job Experience:

Experience: 15+ years in project management, with significant exposure to luxury townships, high-rise developments, and hospitality projects.
