We are seeking a skilled Construction & Procurement Manager .
Responsibilities
for Construction & Procurement Manager:- (Metal & Mining Industry)
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Minimum 3 years of work experience is preferred from Iron and Steel industry.
2. Making of strategic planning in project developing, and sequencing of project activities and creating an environment which is conductive to produce results.
3. Coordinate production planning with procurement activities
4. Tracking of project progress performance, specially completion of start and long term goals.
6. Govt. Department liaising & PR.
7. Must have good knowledge about plant machinery, take decision about upgraded machinery.
8. Carrying out coordination with the external agencies involved in the project such as consultants, suppliers, transporters, contractors and other agencies connected with the project
9. Identification of constraints coming in the way of project execution well in advance and finding their solutions to avoid unnecessary delays in the project execution.
10. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule & Cost.
11. Management of available resources in an efficient manner.
12. Meeting with site engineers at regular intervals and site visit.
13. Managing risks by maintaining a safe and healthy working environment at the work site and formulating of a contingency plan to take care of the situation in case of an unlikely disaster event taking place during the project execution.
Job Requirements:-
1. Must have knowledge about Greenfield Project.
2. The candidate should be from Engineering Background.
3. Must have knowledge in preparation of Documents.
4. The candidate should have sound knowledge about upgraded machinery
