The Planning Head will lead the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of large-scale luxury township projects comprising high-rise residential and commercial developments. The role involves ensuring timely project delivery through effective planning, resource management, coordination, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Primavera (P6) and/or MS Project, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and inter-department coordination for premium real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project planning and scheduling function for all township developments in Mumbai.
Prepare, monitor, and update project master schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
Develop baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with Project Heads, Contracts, Procurement, Engineering, and Execution teams to track project progress and highlight deviations.
Conduct critical path analysis and identify areas of concern or delays; recommend corrective measures.
Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
Review and analyze contractor and consultant schedules, ensuring consistency and feasibility.
Monitor resource loading, productivity analysis, and cost impact of schedule variances.
Support in budget planning and cash flow forecasting in coordination with Finance and Project Controls.
Implement and maintain standard planning procedures and systems across projects.
Conduct periodic project review meetings, presenting schedule performance and action plans.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards in project planning.
