Job Description
- Monitoring, Planning and scheduling of time bound project with activity breakups.
- Quantity estimation
- Visiting sites for progress checking
- Preparing vendor, subcontractor bills
- Verify Project Schedule as per timelines.
- Knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting and monitoring
- Coordination with different departments
- If experienced in real estate, layout projects etc has a better opportunity
- Should have worked with a reputed construction company, especially in High rise buildings, land development layout projects etc
- Strong Communication Skills, Grasping Power Reasoning Ability.
- Sense of Responsibility, Optimism, Patience Ability to Work in Team.
- Decision Making, Time Management and Self-motivation.
