Eagle Construction (Thergaon, Pune) is hiring a

Construction Office Executive / Site Coordinator

to manage daily office and field operations.
We are a professional civil contracting firm specializing in Core Cutting, Rebaring, Anchor Fixing, Demolition, and Structural Strengthening projects.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain Daily Work Reports, Delivery Challans, Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Invoices Handle billing, account coordination, and payment follow-ups Manage employee/labour attendance and basic HR records Support vendor coordination, purchase tracking, and material follow-up Handle sales calling, customer inquiries, and quotation support Maintain Google Sheets, Excel, and ERP data entries Occasionally visit sites for measurement verification and report updates Coordinate with the Proprietor for day-to-day tasks and progress reporting

Requirements:



Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Civil / Any Graduate Experience: 2-5 years in office administration, billing, or project coordination Preferred Industry: Construction / Contracting / Infrastructure Skills: Strong communication (English, Marathi, Hindi) Good in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets Organized, punctual, and responsible Knowledge of billing and site documentation preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?13,292.60 - ?22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week
