As Account Manager/Segment Leader -concrete, He is responsible for end to end management of the accounts/OEMs pertaining to concrete segments which includes customers like Schwing Stetter, Ajax, Nisarg, Putz.


1)My roles includes RFQ generation, Scouting for new OEMS/applications,


2)Coordination Between both organizations the engineering teams for the technical sign off


3) Commercials settlements


4) Order Management - Demand/Supply


5) Responsible for Account receivables


6) Market analysis for the all the segments pertaining to off highway industry


7) Price escalations


8) Overall responsibility of the particular accounts


9) Liaoning between Back end teams and customer to resolve quality & field issues


10) New business development


11) Liaoning for the flawless new product launch and ensure the SOP
