Job Description

MEP Coordination & Execution:

+ Oversee

Electrical & Plumbing (PHE)

installations in high-rise residential projects.
+ Ensure compliance with design drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
+ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution.

Technical Expertise:

+ Strong knowledge of

LT/HT systems, transformers, HVAC, STP, WTP, sewage lines, and pipelines

.
+ Ability to

read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and MEP drawings

.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

+ Ensure all MEP works adhere to safety norms and industry standards (BIS, NBC, IEC, etc.).
+ Conduct inspections and quality checks for electrical & plumbing installations.

Project Management:

+ Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
+ Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors for approvals and modifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

+ Maintain records of materials, work progress, and compliance certificates.
+ Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documents.

Requirements

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

9-10 years in

high-rise residential projects

with hands-on MEP (Electrical & Plumbing) experience.

Technical Knowledge:

+ Electrical:

Transformers, LT/HT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting systems

.
+ Plumbing:

PHE, sewage lines, STP, WTP, pipeline networks

.
+ HVAC & Firefighting (basic knowledge preferred).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
