Purpose of Position


To oversee daily execution of construction and billing verification, ensuring timely, safe and quality completion of structural, finishing and utility works. Major Responsibilities
Supervise construction of towers, bungalows, and external infra works. Verify compliance with GFC drawings, technical specifications, and contracts. Monitor contractor resource deployment and productivity. Validate contractor bills and certify quantities with Quantity Surveyor. Ensure coordination between civil, MEP, and architectural teams. Enforce safety and quality protocols on-site. Qualification and Experience

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure; and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.Skills & Qualities: Strong knowledge of civil construction, contracts, and billing systems. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera. Eye for detail in measurements and execution. Firmness in site supervision and dispute resolution. * Collaborative and responsive under pressure.
