Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role involves managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to schedules and specifications. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any issues or delays. Maintain detailed records of site activities, incidents, materials, and labor. Assist in planning construction phases, material deliveries, and equipment needs. Train and mentor site workers; promote a culture of teamwork and safety. Conduct toolbox talks and daily site briefings. Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, tools, equipment, and safety guidelines. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Degree or diploma in construction management or a related field is preferred..
