Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project needs
• Manage and lead construction teams, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and building codes
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and resource plans
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Implement best practices for construction management and drive continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• 10-12 years of experience in the construction industry
