Job Responsibilities
:
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers
Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations
Plan work schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
Control project costs, material usage, and manpower deployment
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues
Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, safety norms, and company standards
Prepare and submit progress reports to management
Key Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
4-5 years of experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
Experience handling contractors, vendors, and large project teams
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Familiarity with Mumbai real estate regulations and safety norms
Preferred Skills
:
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
