We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of proven experience managing complex vertical construction projects, with expertise in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout



Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans



Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution



Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and budget compliance



Technical LeadershipApply civil engineering principles to resolve complex construction challenges specific to high-rise buildings



Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals



Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards



Oversee structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration



Quality & Safety ManagementImplement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols for high-rise construction environments



Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams



Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards



Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for vertical construction challenges



Stakeholder CommunicationServe as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies



Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders



Facilitate project meetings, including progress reviews and coordination sessions



Manage change orders and contract modifications



Required QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field



Additional certifications in construction management (CCM, PMP) preferred



Experience12-15 years of construction management experience with focus on high-rise buildings



Proven track record managing high rise projects



Experience with buildings 35+ stories in height



Background in commercial, residential, or mixed-use high-rise developments



Technical SkillsProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)



Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes



Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection



Understanding of crane operations, concrete pumping, and vertical transportation systems



Knowledge of curtain wall, structural steel, and concrete construction methods

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities



Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills



Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities



Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
