Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

On-Site Management:

Supervising construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's timeline or budget.

Financial Management:

Managing project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

Quality Assurance:

Implementing quality control procedures and ensuring that the finished product meets the required specifications.

Contract Management:

Overseeing contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
