Job Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end

MEP site execution

with a strong emphasis on

mechanical services

. The position ensures smooth coordination, quality execution, safety compliance, and timely delivery of MEP works in line with Lodha's construction and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities MEP Execution & Site Management

Manage execution of MEP works including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting, and coordination of electrical & ELV services. Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate closely with civil, finishing, facade, and design teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Planning & Progress Monitoring

Prepare and monitor detailed MEP execution schedules aligned with overall project timelines. Track daily site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and manpower.
Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations. Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and system handovers. Coordinate with consultants and third-party agencies for inspections and approvals.
Contractor & Vendor Management

Manage MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to timelines. Review and certify RA bills, quantities, and variations within approved budgets. Conduct regular review meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Handover

Maintain complete MEP documentation including drawings, test reports, approvals, and O&M manuals. Support snag closure, final commissioning, and handover to facility management teams.
Eligibility & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering only (mandatory)

5-14 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for residential or mixed-use real estate projects Strong hands-on exposure to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical services Experience with reputed real estate developers or large EPC contractors preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
