Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking systems.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress and manage day-to-day site activities.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
Conduct site inspections, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance.
Manage subcontractors, engineers, and site workers effectively.
Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in construction management (minimum 5 years preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project planning, cost monitoring, and resource management.
