Job Description

On behalf of a leading Precast Building technology company, we are seeking a Bilingual Construction Manager. you will be responsible for planning and managing the construction services in terms of Project Management. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs.
• Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
• Plan and supervise both commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment, and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work and guide them when needed.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 980,000.00 - 9200,000.00 per year Benefits:
