Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Estimate costs, negotiate contracts, and manage project expenses to keep the project within budget.

Site Management:

Supervise daily operations, including managing subcontractors, laborers, and equipment on-site.

Safety & Quality Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards (OSHA).

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the key liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory personnel.

Risk Mitigation:

Identify potential issues, such as delays or structural problems, and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in site management, often requiring 10-15 years in civil construction.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and structural blueprints.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore).

Leadership:

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
