Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and work schedules.
Site Supervision:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, construction teams, and subcontractors.
Budget & Cost Control:
Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, and ensure financial discipline.
Quality & Safety Management:
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and quality standards.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Finalize materials, equipment, and subcontractors; manage inventory and supplies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Provide regular progress updates and reports.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and implement mitigation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of proven experience in
Construction Management
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management
Proficiency in construction/project management software
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-site challenges effectively
