Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and office teams.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Oversee material procurement, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Ensure adherence to all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management for approvals and updates.
Manage documentation related to contracts, bill verification, and progress tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or project management.
Excellent administrative and team management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
