About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Construction Manager.

In this role, you will:

Serve as construction project leader and coordinate compliance with construction project specifications, budgets and schedules Communicate effectively with internal customers, construction project team, and management Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan Collaborate and consult with management, peers, and stakeholders Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Civil Engineer is a must Handling complete documentation for India and Philippines Managing Audit for design and construction and also to maintain all the documents for the audit. In addition, should manage complete invoicing process including the sourcing process Should also be able to handle construction projects independently
