We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of construction projects from initiation through to completion. This role will primarily focus on project and programme management activities, while also encompassing site coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing diverse construction projects, including mixed-use developments, infrastructure works, office fit-outs, and data centre facilities. The position requires flexibility to operate effectively in both office and site environments, ensuring seamless integration between planning and execution phases.
Your role

Support the Project/Programme Manager in delivering end-to-end project management services across multiple sectors.
Prepare and maintain the Project Execution Plan, including review, approval, variation, and reporting procedures.
Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheets.
Facilitate risk management processes including maintaining a risk register and conducting early warning/risk reduction meetings.
Issue instructions on behalf of the client and monitor performance of the professional team and contractors.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and design specifications.
Coordinate with General Contractors (GCs) and site teams to validate scope, monitor installation quality (QA/QC), and ensure timely approvals.
Lead and support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities and manage handover documentation.
Prepare weekly progress reports and organize stakeholder meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
Manage procurement logistics and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
Compile and monitor closure of Site Observation Reports (SORs) and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Assist in stakeholder engagement, including senior client representatives, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
About you

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction/Project Management.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project and site management, preferably in office fit-out and data centre projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders effectively.
Experience in working within international environments and multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
PMP / RICS or equivalent certification.
Familiarity with NEC, JCT contracts and RIBA Plan of Work.
Proficiency in O365 Apps, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel VBA, and Smartsheet.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a focus on forecasting and trend analysis.
