Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex EPC projects in Jamnagar, Gujarat. This role demands deep expertise in Mechanical systems, HVAC, and Piping, along with a proven track record in managing diverse construction formats-from industrial facilities to high-rise buildings, data centers, and residential townships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct and manage all phases of construction from planning to handover.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with mechanical, HVAC, and piping standards across all project stages.
• Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce rigorous quality control and safety protocols on-site.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of site-based experience in large-scale construction projects.
