Job Summary:



Casadel Builders is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Construction Manager/GM Construction

to

oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

He should have

thorough knowledge and experience in all the Site activities (especially Apartments ) from the Foundation level to the Structural completion and Finishing .

He has a role in

finalizing the contractors comparing the quotations in coordination with Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

construction project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget,quality and timelines.



Key Responsibilities:



Project Planning & Execution:

Develop,Review comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management in coordination with the Project Managers /Site Engineers.

Team Management:

Lead, manage, and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Budget Management:

Monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effective execution within the approved budget.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations in coordination with the Quality control department and Project Engineers.

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, changes, and final reports.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

B-Tech /BE in Civil Engineering, (Specialization in Construction Management also preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 20 plus years experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and a solid understanding of construction methodologies.

Leadership:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving:

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Certifications (preferred):

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
