Objective / Purpose of duty:

Leading all the Adani projects located at Mundra location with excellence & customer's delight. Relevant experience in executing industrial projects, power plants etc. Executing low voltage systems - Fire detection, fire protection, IBMS Leading entire project management & execution team in Mundra region. Delivering Revenue, Gross margin, cash collection & other parameters linked to working capital in the region as per the company's annual plan. Driving customer satisfaction with close interaction with them & meeting their expectations for successful project delivery. Risk mitigation, schedule management, and driving change orders to bring overall flawless execution. Acquiring & retaining talent in the region with competency building. Close working with other team - subcontractors, suppliers, SCM, logistics & finance

Skill Set:

Relevant experience in project execution & management. Experience in People & stake holder management. Team player. Result oriented approach with time bound. Good Communication Skill - Verbal & Written Awareness on best project management practices. Experience in executing industrial projects On-time decision making ability & problem-solving approach. Representation skills to customer & senior leadership.

Qualification:

Engineering Graduate in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electricals, Mechanical

Experience:

15-20 years relevant industry experience

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

A team player & an initiator. Organized Fluency in communication
