Position Overview

Tiara Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented and technically proficient

Construction Manager

to lead and coordinate construction execution across multiple infrastructure projects from our Head Office in Indore. Operating in a hybrid/remote model, the incumbent will be responsible for driving site performance, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning project delivery with corporate goals, timelines, and compliance standards. This leadership role demands strong project governance, virtual team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution Oversight

Provide centralized oversight for all ongoing infrastructure construction projects (e.g., roads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems). Approve execution strategies, monitor site mobilization plans, and enforce construction methodologies and timelines. Analyze construction progress reports, flag critical issues, and guide resolution strategies. Review and validate site-level resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and material deployment.

2. Remote Coordination & Digital Monitoring

Manage multi-location site operations through remote supervision, structured reporting systems, and digital monitoring tools (e.g., ERP dashboards, drone footage, IoT site feeds). Establish and maintain centralized project tracking systems to measure KPIs such as schedule adherence, productivity, cost, and quality. Support site teams with strategic decision-making, escalation handling, and technical clarifications.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Enforce adherence to corporate QA/QC systems and statutory construction codes across all sites. Review third-party inspection protocols, internal audits, and safety performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans for non-conformities and safety incidents.

4. Contractor & Stakeholder Management

Oversee subcontractor performance, enforce contractual deliverables, and mitigate operational bottlenecks. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance documentation. Participate in high-level review meetings, dispute resolution processes, and strategic planning discussions.

5. Progress Reporting & Governance

Consolidate weekly/monthly progress reports from multiple sites, providing management with high-level performance dashboards. Track milestones, critical path activities, and overall project health indicators. Contribute to internal governance reviews and board-level presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project Management Certification (PMP/PMI) is preferred.

Experience

: 12-18 years in infrastructure/construction project execution, including 5+ years in a leadership or multi-project management role. Experience with government, EPC, or public utility projects is a distinct advantage.
