Execution & commissioning of Over head equipment & SP,SSP, 11/33 KV Power Line crossing,station building, end gommties, LC gate electrification & commissioning.  Make & excute the power block program for for OHE modification work.  Maintains Sub – Contractors to execute the project with in time period.  Planning of day to day work to maintain technician’s schedules. Liaising with the client and various other Sub-contractors in order to deliver the project with in time.
 Monitoring the site activities and reporting to client/head office, quality control, inspection and review of project schedule, ensuring cost schedule within budget.  Prepared EIG documentation, Preparation of BOQ and estimate of the project and To make Material Assessment based on the Drawings  Capable of preparing work schedules, setting targets, allocation of works to various levels of the execution team and controlling same to achieve set target.  Capable of handling sub-contractors, controlling all execution work, monitoring and checking the quantity of work as per required standards and approved drawing.  Maintaining Daily & Weekly progress record as per work executed at Site.  Planning and Controlling project expenses, Measuring work executed for Billing and Payment Collection and Checking & Finalize the OHE drawing prepared by contractor  Coordinating with project management, procurement and construction groups for scheduled and successful completion of the project.
