This role involves end-to-end project coordination -- from client meetings and design discussion to site supervision and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
Handle client meetings, budgeting, and execution scheduling.
Supervise project sites and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and labour teams.
Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with building standards.
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into successful projects.
Meet monthly and quarterly performance and sales targets.
Requirements
:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building construction or project management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of construction materials, drawings, and execution process.
Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
