About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Construction / Project Head
to oversee and manage all our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction execution, and team leadership, with the ability to ensure quality, safety, timelines, and cost-efficiency across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities across
Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and other project sites
.
Manage end-to-end project execution -- from design coordination to completion and handover.
Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to
quality, safety, and environmental standards
.
Conduct regular site visits (travel between project sites required) and review progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Develop progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
10-20 years of experience
in construction/project management (preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently between
Kanthalloor and Pooppara
sites.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Hands-on approach with the ability to make on-site decisions.
Strong network of local contractors and suppliers.
Ability to manage diverse teams and maintain high standards of delivery.
