Job Summary

Fundsutra Capital Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a

Construction Finance Manager

to support and manage financial activities related to construction and real estate projects. The role involves budgeting, cost monitoring, billing verification, and coordination with internal teams to ensure effective financial control of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project-wise construction budgets and expenses Verify contractor bills, RA bills, and vendor invoices Track site-level expenses, material costs, and labour payments Assist in cash flow planning and fund utilization for projects Coordinate with project, site, procurement, and accounts teams Prepare monthly MIS, cost variance, and expense reports Support audits and documentation related to construction projects Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies

Skills & Competencies

Practical knowledge of construction costing and billing processes Understanding of BOQ, work orders, and project budgets Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems Basic knowledge of GST applicable to construction activities Strong coordination and communication skills

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter)
