Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the quality of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water) as per IS standards.

Design and review concrete mix designs to meet client and project specifications.

Supervise batching operations to ensure proper mix proportions and consistency.

Conduct regular tests on fresh and hardened concrete (slump, temperature, cube compressive strength, etc.).

Maintain calibration records of lab and batching equipment.

Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all testing and quality control activities.

Perform site visits to monitor concrete placement, handle complaints, and ensure quality at the point of delivery.

Investigate quality complaints or failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Maintain quality records, daily test reports, and monthly quality summary reports.

Ensure compliance with IS codes (e.g., IS 4926, IS 456, IS 10262) and relevant industry standards.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality concrete delivery.

Train lab technicians and batching plant operators on quality best practices and up

Minimum 2 years of experince in Construction Field for RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) plant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
