Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Civil Engineering Faculty to join our academic team at RAGC, Thane. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Civil Engineering, with a preference for candidates possessing relevant industry experience. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing training content, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective teaching sessions for Short-Term Training, Diploma, and Degree Programs in Civil Engineering.

Design and develop course content, training materials, and hands-on learning modules.

Coordinate with internal management, students, and industry partners for seamless training delivery and project execution.

Monitor and support student internships, field tasks, and ensure timely evaluation and feedback.

Maintain academic records, training documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.

Conduct assessments and examinations in alignment with curriculum standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.)

Experience: Prior teaching or industry experience in Civil Engineering is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong commitment to student success and industry-relevant learning.
