Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Food / Beverages Projects

'Design & Bidding Phase

Lead development of the Construction Execution Strategy, Constructability, & Construction Loss Elimination / Saving Program during the front-end project phases.

Lead selection of the construction and construction management contractors per the project sourcing and construction execution plan.


Utilize construction industry and P&G best practices to deliver the project objectives.


Develop/ Manage Quality Plan for the project work.

Design management and constructability reviews, ensuring the deliverables issued by the detailed design firm are sufficient to deliver the work during construction.

Participation in design reviews.

Fully understand Design basis/ Specification.

Bidder documents prepare, review, evaluation and make recommendations.

Qualification of key construction materials.

Initial Execution Phase

Set up ongoing Site Construction Management systems for construction projects.


Manages all construction contracts, work processes, including the following:


Environmental compliance, Fire Protection, Housekeeping/ Do daily Behavior Observation Surveys, Communications Plan.

Engineering Design to Construction.

Inter-Contractor interfaces.

Construction to Project Team.

Quality Assurance Plan, Welding certification and specifications, Civil, Structural QAQC, Other inspection plans.


Schedule management and coordination.

Review and approval of Construction Method Statement.

Ensure technical readiness of contractors.


Participate the Kick of Meeting (KOM) with vendor.

Covid Guidelines: Understands the safety standards pertaining to Covid as defined by the plant occupational health and incorporates the same in the project execution plan.


Middle of the project

Own the construction schedule, attend weekly scheduling meetings.

Construction supervision, coordination between contractors/ disciplines

Participate in Project/Construction/safety meetings as required.

Manage and supervise construction and field activities.

Be proactive in dealing with safety, quality, and schedule issues.

Liaise between construction and design on issues requiring clarification.

Ensure change management process is managed to prevent unauthorized changes to design, schedule and quality requirements.
