About the Role:

We're looking for an

organized, proactive, and confident Junior Project Coordinator

to support our

Australian construction projects

from the Mohali office.
This role involves direct communication with clients, suppliers, and trades -- ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination

Assist clients in selecting colours and materials as per builder guidelines. Maintain and update client selection sheets and approvals. Keep clients and project teams informed about progress.

Supplier & Trade Coordination

Prepare and follow up on purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers and trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) to manage deliveries and schedules. Escalate any delays or issues to the project team.

Project Documentation & Support

Track project updates, orders, and approvals using project management tools. Maintain accurate records of all documents, invoices, and selection sheets. Support the Australian team with day-to-day coordination and reporting.

Reporting

Prepare weekly project and status reports. Highlight pending actions, risks, or issues to management. Assist in trade/supplier invoice processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in

Construction Management / Business Administration / Civil Engineering

(preferred)

1-2 years

of experience in construction support, coordination, or client-handling roles Strong

English communication

skills (written & verbal) Knowledge of construction materials and processes Proficient in

MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho/Asana

or similar tools Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
