JOB SUMMARY
The Connectivity Coordinator works with the HVMB Continent leadership team to support the onboarding and management of Home Management Companies (HMCs) onto the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) platform. To do this, the coordinator works with the Home Management Company (HMC), Connectivity Provider (PMS or Channel Manager) and internal Marriott International / Sapient technology teams to bring listings live, and to troubleshoot connectivity issues with existing HMCs when required. The role will be measured by the number of Home Management Companies / listings connected to the platform and the time it takes to resolve connectivity issues.
This role will report to the Director, International Account Management (HVMB).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (or equivalent international degree) and 2+ years' experience in business / partnership development, real estate / home rental development, property management, hotel industry or other relevant business experience, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance
Strong project management and organizational skills with a service mindset
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities, with excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Self-starter, take initiatives and works proactively
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively on global teams with teammates and clients in countries across the globe
Professional demeanor, capable of expressing confident, independent judgment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and email communication skills
Fluency in written and verbal/spoken English is a must
Education & Experience Preferred
1 + years of experience in the residential home rental sector
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Technical Onboarding & Connectivity Support
Serves as a connectivity subject matter expert. Keep HVMB internal knowledge centers up to date with accurate information for each Connectivity Provider (PMS or Channel Manager).
Responsible for onboarding Home Management Companies, once contracting and Due Diligence has been completed.
Ensure content, calendar availability, fees, amenities and address meet HVMB requirements and flow through the technical connections seamlessly.
Perform high level / directional technology troubleshooting, open tickets and seek resolution in a timely manner.
Resolve connectivity issues and complete connection migrations for Home Management Companies live with HVMB
Publish units to the HVMB platform.
Suggest and implement enhancements to systems and processes.
Perform other duties as appropriate.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs. Please note that the role also involves working in flexible/alternate hours to effectively collaborate with teams in U.S. time zones.
