About the role
The Connected Planner is a critical supply chain professional responsible for ensuring efficient and effective planning processes,bridges the gap between demand and supply, optimizing inventory, service levels, and cost management, serving as the representative of the Category/Region. As the face of the Connected Planning Team, collaborates across functions, regions, and layers.
Your responsibilities
The main purpose of the Connected Planner is to enable sustainable best-in-class service levels, cost management, and optimal inventory through efficient tools, transparent communication, and cross-functional alignment. The Connected Planner holds several critical accountabilities within the supply chain domain. The role encompasses full ownership of supply plans for a specific category/region, spanning both internal and external manufacturing.

The experience we're looking for
Functional

• Supply systems/tools knowledgexe2x80x8b
• Demand/supply planning expertise - 2-5 years of experience in supply planning in FMCG businessxe2x80x8b
• Capacity planning or Forecasting understandingxe2x80x8b
• Governance and stakeholder managementxe2x80x8b
