Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Conga Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to support and optimize Salesforce and Conga solutions. In this role, you will implement CPQ and CLM systems, streamline business processes, and enhance end-user experience through automation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user setup, security, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce.
Configure page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and dashboards.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows for automating business processes.
Implement and support Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ for product configuration and quoting.
Manage contract lifecycle using Conga CLM to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Create templates and automate document generation using Conga Composer.
Configure and maintain Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide user training and support to drive adoption.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows, CPQ, and Conga Suite (CPQ, CLM, Composer).
Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
