Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Configure Conga CPQ to support product bundling, pricing rules, discounting models, and approvals.
- Design and implement guided selling processes to enhance sales efficiency.
- Support the generation of quote documents and manage approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Conga CPQ.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ configurations.
- Assist in integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce, ERP, and other third-party systems.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training, and document processes to ensure smooth adoption.
- Utilize Conga Callbacks and C# (Csharp) skills as required.
- Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Leverage experience in SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Components (preferred).
- Integrate Conga CPQ with ERP, Billing, or eSignature solutions (such as DocuSign, AdobeSign).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Possess 5 9 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years in Conga CPQ.
- Conga CPQ certification and exposure to Conga Revenue Lifecycle Solutions are preferred.
- Open to candidates at any Tech Mahindra location across India.
