Operate various dispensing and coating requirements to fulfill customer specifications and quality standards. Maintain clear communication with the Team Leader and Supervisor to receive guidance, request support, and address any concerns

Apply masking and/or tape to circuit boards to protect designated areas from conformal coating or potting. Inspect circuit board assemblies to verify proper and complete coating coverage. Operate, clean, and maintain dispensing and coating machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Manage and update the coating materials log to ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices. Remove excess coating and perform manual touch-ups on areas missed by the machine to uphold high-quality standards. Safely transport circuit board racks between workstations to support continuous manufacturing flow. Replace fluids and mixers in machines as needed and perform routine maintenance for consistent machine operation. Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Demonstrate understanding of various materials used in the coating process. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor in response to changing production needs.

Requirements:

2 years' experience in PCBA Conformal Coating & Potting Diploma/ ITI or equivalent is required. Age bewteen 18-65 years is acceptable

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
