We are now looking for Configuration Owner, Modernization Sales Solutions You are accountable forthe technical design across all modernization sales solutions such as Asset Management Planning, Site Surveys and KTOC TRB. These solutions are used in the sales interface with customers to enable offering of modernization equipment and sharing lifecycle information of the equipment for future orders. You will be responsible for understanding functional requirements and translating them into end-to-end technical specifications across the different platforms in this domain. Special emphasis is on the technical and functional understanding of this complex data and how it moves between system. You will work with other internal and external experts to ensure fit for purpose designs that are aligned with KONE IT architectural principles. This role is located at Chennai, India Main responsibilities Actively contribute to design solutions supporting the sales processes during customer journey as part of engagements with KONE customers for Modernization business line Participate in the functional and technical requirement analysis process with Solution Owner, Solution Design Owner, business stakeholders, process owners and developers and help prioritize business requirements for coming releases Maintain product data models and equipment characteristics in format of documentation and/or data structure. Be the expert on these characteristics and product models to the other team members. Participate in creation of the Solution Roadmap with the Solution Owner, Solution Design Owner and business stakeholders. Ensure end-to-end integrity of characteristics, data models and integration points. Compile, review and maintain required solution documentation and related KONE Way documents Responsible for the end-to-end data and application architectural compliance in collaboration with Architects and Solution Design Owners in collaboration with development teams and other relevant stakeholders. Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities Assist with solution deployments and supporting front lines to drive process and tool adoption Supporting the key user community. Requirements for the role Degree in IT / Business Administration / Engineering or relevant experience. MBA is competitive advantage Experience in ensuring solid architecture, data and technical design, e.g. in a role as solution architect, configuration owner, business analyst, solution or product designer At least 7+ years of experience in driving the technical implementation of web and mobile apps with special focus on sales processes & industrial products Experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizations Very good collaboration and communication skills in English, ability to work independently, and ability to work in virtual teams in a multicultural environment Experience implementing complex product bills of material into existing data models. Knowledge of elevators or escalators products is a plus. Proven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Proactive, curious, open minded and a sense of humor make the candidate a great match in the global team. Read more on
