Change Management Analyst Purpose of the Job Drive Change Management process and systems in site under Proejct Change and Configuration Manager Manage the team of Change & configuration engineers in site. Ensuring Project changeManagement is being followed in particular project (All projects within site) with all documentation and traceability available. He or She represents a managing interface between site and PRCCMs, Depot Managers, RS, Engineering/Advance Indus and other functions in the organization. Key Network & Links EXTERNAL : PrCCM, Engineering, Project Manager, Advance Indus in BLR and Site CCM at Rolling stock / Design authority INTERNAL - SSM, TT, Indus, Retrofit team, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Sourcing and Supply Chain Mission Objectives To manage, control and provide a timely execution of CR\'s, Baselines, and other deliverables, including acceptance and satisfaction of the customer with optimized financial return. Performance Measurement Indicators: Ensure timely completion of all CR implementation as per agreed time line in CCB2. Ensure traceability of configuration and follow up. Collaboration and team working, Analytical thinking. Processes are implemented and followed at site level. Modified based on the need of the hour. Ensuring End to End traceability of CRs through CMT. Fully compliant to IRIS/TS Audit requirement. Responsibilities Change and adopt the site level process for Change activities. Define, follow & improve the WOW between different sites involved in CCM process for Traction, CVS, Looms & Cubicles. Ensure timely execution of Changes agreed in CCB2. Plan and organize the CCB meetings (ChangeControl Board) within site for implementation of CRs. Responsible for weekly reports preparation and animation of CR activities for site. To lead the Change activities for the site. To lead & manage the team of change Engineers. To lead the internal weekly diffusion meetings and follow for closure of points. Ensures the documents completion for the Change milestones at Site/RS level. Ensure rigorous traceability and reporting. Co-ordinate for CR implementation and ensure production of make parts at site. QCD Impact analysis and review before CCB meetings from all relevant stakeholders. Ensure PO from Lead Units for additional efforts. Change Management Analyst
