Conference Production Description

The conference production encompasses the full suite of planning, coordination, and

technical execution required to deliver a seamless and impactful event experience. This

includes pre-production planning, venue management, stage design, audiovisual (AV) setup,

live streaming (if applicable), content coordination, speaker support, and post-event

breakdown.

Key components of the production include:

? Event Planning & Coordination: Developing a detailed production schedule,

managing logistics, and coordinating with all stakeholders including speakers,

vendors, and sponsors.

? Venue Setup: Overseeing the physical setup including stage construction, seating

arrangements, registration areas, branding/signage, and networking zones.

? Audiovisual Production: Designing and operating lighting, sound, video, and

projection systems to support keynote presentations, panels, workshops, and

entertainment segments.

? Live Streaming & Recording: Managing live broadcasts for remote audiences and

recording sessions for post-event distribution.

? Technical Support: Providing on-site technical assistance throughout the event to

ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize disruptions.

? Show Calling & Stage Management: Directing the live flow of the program, cueing

speakers, managing transitions, and maintaining the overall energy and timing of the

event.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
