Location - Sewri (West), Mumbai | Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Sat-Sun Off (1 Working Sat/Month)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to evaluate and validate conference topics. Engage with senior industry leaders via calls and meetings to gather insights. Create conference agendas addressing trending industry issues. Identify, invite, and confirm renowned speakers, panelists, and chief guests. Track competing events to ensure unique positioning and timing. Manage the end-to-end production cycle - from idea to post-event reporting. Coordinate Awards jury meets and ensure flawless execution. Liaise with speakers and stakeholders throughout the production process. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth on-site delivery.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in conference production, events, research, or related fields. Strong research, analytical, and networking skills. Excellent verbal & written communication. Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven. Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work purely from office.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. Prior experience in B2B conferences or media events preferred.
