: Conference Producer

Position Overview

A conference producer is responsible for researching, planning, and delivering high-quality conferences, summits, and events. This role involves creating compelling agendas, securing top industry speakers, managing event timelines, and ensuring the overall success of the event. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, research-driven, and has excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, hot topics, and target audiences. Develop conference themes, agendas, and content that attract senior-level delegates and sponsors. Identify, approach, and secure high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful events. Manage event timelines, speaker communications, and content delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, associations, and stakeholders. Ensure all sessions are engaging, relevant, and provide value to attendees. Monitor competitor events and provide insights for differentiation. Oversee event execution on-site (if required) and support post-event analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in conference production, event management, or research-driven roles. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confidence in liaising with senior-level professionals and thought leaders. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
