Sweets & Snacks Industry is looking for a

Standalone Banquet Sales & Operations Manager

who can

independently manage and grow the banquet business

. This role demands a strong blend of

sales acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills

. The manager will be the

single point of accountability

, responsible for sales, operations, team management, and profitability of the banquet division.

Key Responsibilities


Business & Sales Ownership



Independently drive banquet sales through new client acquisition and retention. Build strong relationships with corporates, wedding planners, and social groups. Develop and execute standalone sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Explore cross-selling opportunities with Sweets & Snacks/FMCG product line.

End-to-End Banquet Operations



Run banquet operations as a standalone unit

, ensuring smooth execution of weddings, conferences, and corporate/social events. Handle vendor coordination, decor, kitchen, service, and guest experience without dependency. Guarantee hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Team Leadership



Recruit, train, and lead a team for banquet operations. Independently manage scheduling, performance, and service quality. Act as the

owner-operator

of the banquet business within the organization.

Financial & P&L Responsibility



Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. Handle contract negotiations, billing, collections, and vendor payments. Independently manage costs and ensure profitability.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong background in FMCG sales or hospitality/banquet management. Proven ability to

independently manage a banquet operation

. Sales-driven with strong negotiation and client relationship management skills. Leadership and ownership mindset with problem-solving ability. Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously with service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.

5+years of experience

in FMCG sales, hospitality sales, or banquet/event management. Must have experience in running

standalone banquet/business operations

. Exposure to handling corporate clients, weddings, and large-scale banquets preferred.

Salary:

Upto 32 - 35K (depend upon the interview and experience)
