Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Confectionery Chef at Ajantha Bakers & Sweets. The Confectionery Chef will be responsible for daily tasks including preparing and decorating a variety of confectionery items, ensuring high standards of quality, freshness, and consistency, and following established recipes and techniques. Responsibilities also include managing ingredient inventory, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to create new and innovative products.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Baking, Pastry, and Confectionery Techniques
Experience with Recipe Development and Product Innovation
Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
Good Organizational and Time-Management Skills
Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Previous Experience in a Similar Role is Preferred
Passion for Creativity and High-Quality Production
Relevant Culinary Degree or Certification is a Plus
Experience : Minimum - 7 years to 15 Years

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
