Job Description

Create a range of confections such as chocolate truffles, caramels, brittles, gummies, fudge, marshmallows, and seasonal sweets. Design and test new menu items that align with our cafe's style and brand. Ensure all products meet high standards for taste, texture, and appearance. Manage ingredients and inventory for confections and coordinate with the kitchen team. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, following all food safety guidelines. Contribute to displays, packaging, and custom orders as needed
