Roles & Responsibilities



Oversee Daily Production

- Ensure high-quality confectionery production, consistency, and timely execution.

Maintain Quality Standards

- Monitor ingredient quality, recipe adherence, and product presentation.

Supervise & Train Team

- Lead, mentor, and train confectionery staff, including interns and OJTs.

Ensure Hygiene & Compliance

- Uphold FSSAI and HACCP standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

Develop New Products

- Assist in R&D for innovative confectionery items and seasonal offerings.

Manage Inventory & Costs

- Monitor ingredient usage, minimize wastage, and support cost control measures.

Maintain Equipment & Kitchen Efficiency

- Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and timely maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Coordinate with Other Departments

- Work closely with procurement, training, and senior chefs for smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
