Conduct day-to-day concurrent audits of financial transactions.
Verify accounting entries, cash/bank transactions, and supporting documents.
Review internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify irregularities, discrepancies, and process gaps, and report them timely.
Check vouchers, invoices, bills, payments, and receipts for accuracy.
Monitor statutory compliance in daily operations.
Prepare and submit concurrent audit reports with observations and recommendations.
Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for clarifications and follow-ups.
