Key Responsibilities-
Travel and Expense Management
Serve as Concur Expense system administrator.
Set up new Concur Expense/Travel user profiles and provide user training on the Concur Expense system.
Process employee expense claims globally -Expense Auditing
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts related to T&E inquiries (policies, processes, and systems).
Communicate system-related issues to Concur Client on a regular basis and assist with troubleshooting and resolution as needed.
Analyse and manage issues while maintaining control of the process and deliver on commitments.
Communicate effectively with the top management through emails and phone
Maintaining compliance in the process and adhering to the standards
Critical Competencies for Success
Must have working knowledge in Travel & Expense management profile
Must be proficient in PC skills, query, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Good interpersonal, communication & computer skills
Working knowledge of Egencia System- preferable
Corporate Card Administration- preferable
Working knowledge in Banking application tool
Experience in Blackline preferable
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
Requires understanding of Travel and Expense modules/domain
Good command over English, accustomed with business writing and speaking.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
1-2 years of experience in similar role
