Job Description

Conduct laboratory and field trials of concrete admixtures as per customer's mix design and project specifications. Optimize concrete mix designs to achieve required performance (workability, strength, durability, setting time, etc.) while ensuring cost efficiency. Prepare technical reports, test results, and performance summaries for customer approval. Assist the sales/marketing team by providing technical support and recommendations during customer visits and product presentations. Analyze and compare performance of different admixtures and recommend the best fit for customer requirements. Maintain proper documentation of test results, mix trials, and product performance data. Troubleshoot any admixture-related issues at customer sites or batching plants. Stay updated with current industry trends, standards (ASTM, IS, EN, etc.), and competitive products. Coordinate with the R&D and production teams to develop and customize admixture solutions for specific customer needs.
